Jim Galloway has seen more politics than I've seen chicken dinners, but I've got to respectfully disagree with the Maharishi of Marietta Street when he intimates that the noises made by Rep. Ben Harbin (R-Evans) about a special session are actually serious.

Rep. Ben Harbin (R-Evans) told some of his local pols yesterday that he thinks Georgia needs a special legislative session to address the massive budget crisis facing our state. (Augusta Chronicle's got it here.)
